The Training Market's new Virtual Coach application was awarded the Tuanz Innovation Award in the Tertiary Education category.
Here is how an observer to the judges panel, Gilbert Peterson, described it.
\"The 'enormous power' behind the idea of the 'absolutely different' The Training Market Virtual Coach is that it lets ITO’s, other training providers and individual enterprises clone their workplace training demonstrations. ...The system can be tailored to any specialised or unusual task to demonstrate best practice on the job.\"
The Awards were a highly prestigious event attended by more than 450 guests, finalists and industry people. Tuanz created an exceptional evening and atmosphere. Thanks are also due to the many sponsors of the event and the awards.
As one person said, The Training Market is not a well known company at the moment, to win the award means that the product won on its own merits!
On behalf of The Training Market, Chris would particularly like to thank Microsoft for sponsoring the Tertiary Education Award. Chris says that it is the sponsors such as Microsoft; and Tuanz, the organisers of such a well run event; that foster innovation in New Zealand's tech industry.
