How can I use the forum to help with Virtual Coach?
The discussion forum is another free service for those wanting highly specific help or advice that cannot be found elsewhere. (This feature is currently under review, and is therefore not available). To use the discussion forum:
Click on the ‘Industry Discussion’ button above the ‘Support’ tab on the website. Alternatively click here...Training Market Forum.
You may need to register (this will be a once only process) and then have a look around the forum to see how others have used it. (Don’t worry – no one can see what you are doing).
You will find that there are instructions on what to do. In essence, find the topic closest to what you are wanting help on, type the help you need, submit your request and wait for an email from someone with an answer.
Of course you may be a person who is able to provide answers to other people's requests... You can share your expertise with others.
