Textile Bonding Ltd
Textile Bonding Ltd is a medium sized manufacturing company that in their words…is a “commission processor of all types of fabric. These processes involve both laminating and coating”.
The company was in the process of expanding their operation by approximately 30%. The commissioning of additional plant also meant more staff and more training would be required. Due to the unique nature of the process there were no publicly training programs available for the fabric inspection activities.
The Managing Director saw the potential for Virtual Coach to take the pressure off existing supervisors (to free them up for the plant expansion activities) while also providing the practical highly specific training for the new operators.
It is anticipated that Virtual Coach will reduce the need for one-on-one buddy training by supervisors and other skilled operators by approximately 75%.
