Virtual Coach modules (and applications) are highly secure.
Modules can be password protected at the authoring level and at the user level.
Modules can also be protected through highly secure licence file encryption.
Computer time and date tampering, removing licence files, reformatting hard drives will not compromise the security of a module.
Modules are licensed to specific PCs and specific individuals.
The raw content (eg video, sound and text files) are encrypted.
How much integration work will be required to support the system?
Virtually none. All modules can be auto-installed and made accessible over a network via shortcuts to a centralised module repository.
Virtual Coach users will require a licence file to be purchased once every five years.
Module licences may need to be purchased if using third party developed modules.
Third party developed modules can be purchased and unlocked in a single transaction and single unlock session.
What are the hosting and access costs of Virtual Coach?
Virtual Coach is designed to be accessible for small organisations (and large). For this reason it is not dependent on comprehensive web hosting infrastructures.
Costs will typically be very low (although each case may differ).
What are the costs for training and installation?
Virtual Coach does not contain extensive scheduling and training analysis functionality.
Virtual Coach is designed to deliver highly visual content to large numbers of trainees in a low cost developer and user environment.
Are trial and demo versions available?
Virtually fully functional trial versions of Virtual Coach are available.
Trial versions of Virtual Coach Developer will only allow a module to be played on the developer machine.
